If you do not have a proper webhost, your profits and business will hit the tank. All of the famous companies worldwide invest in great webhosts. So just because you are looking for Seattle website hosting, doesn’t make you any less important.

Someone, somewhere in the world is awake, and that means they are looking to purchase something. Is your webhost giving you the peace of mind you need? Does your host give you the assurance that your site will run night and day?

Did you know that most of the features in your webhosting plan, you will not use? Don’t base your webhost provider on extra goodies and gadgets. Look for the essentials that you will be using.

You want to be concerned with multiple site hosting and the price. Your maximum amount you should be paying each month is $14 dollars. Any more than that, and you may be getting ripped off.

Storage is next on the list of things to look at and consider. Depending on the type of files your site will have, you may need more or less. Anything over 50GB of storage should be plenty for you, unless you have a lot of video.

Did you know some companies offer 500GB of storage and more if you need it? Look into companies like this, because not only do they give you more than you need, they are willing to help your future expansion.

Perhaps even the most important factor to some, is the bandwidth you are allowed each month. Most sites will never use more than 5GB of bandwidth, but if you receive a lot of traffic, you will need a good amount.

If you had 500GB of bandwidth or more, your site would be able to get millions upon millions of visits each month.

These things are the foundations of any solid webhosting plan. Options on what type of server you want to use will depend upon what kind of program you want to run. I use Linux myself and have had no problems with it.

So where does that leave you? Unless you need a dedicated server, Linux is probably your best bet.
